Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Even though our standard return and exchange window is currently closed, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@tedclothing.in with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Verified cases are resolved with a full replacement (subject to stock) or a complete refund — at no cost to you.

Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, any grievance may be raised with our Grievance Officer:
